I have some good news – we’ve got a two day RubyConf India in the
planning stages, currently scheduled for sometime in Jan/Feb 2010. We’ve
spoken with Chad Fowler and he has confirmed that Ruby Central will help
us get this gig going. I’ve also got confirmation from Roy Singham, the
founder of ThoughtWorks that TW will back this conference as well.

need those) and requests for speakers to submit talk proposals, but to
